Hugo Earhart: A Hard Day’s Work Part III

Hugo Earhart Part III! I think this section of the story has just about everything I love to draw: whales, pigs, floating rocks, aerial combat, lightning, and flying machines. If there was a way I could fit a robot and a dinosaur in this story and have it still make sense, I would have.

I’ll be in New York for the next two weeks seeing old friends, hanging with family, and meeting with editors and publishers. Some cool things are on the horizon, hopefully I’ll return with great news!

  1. Hey Jake,

All you need is a robot Pterosaur, and you’ve have drawn everything you love.

I have one request, and I’m begging ya from my inner print designer. Could there please be more contrast between the background color of your blog and the written type? I love your illustrations, and I get the idea of wanting the work to pop out to the viewer, but you write a lot of good stuff too, and without a little more contrast your web page/blog gets hard to read. I’m not asking for the type to be black. I’m just asking for a little more contrast. PLEASE.

    In His Peace,
    Richard
