I’ll be attending the CTN Animation Expo in Burbank next month and I’m super excited. I’ll be at booth T-34 with my buddy Ty Carter who’s showing his amazing student film Dreamgiver. I’ll be selling Missile Mouse books and my new Sketchbook (details below.)
At CTN I’ll also be doing a workshop called “How To Write and Draw Your Own Graphic Novel.” Many artists in the entertainment industry have their own stories to tell and either lack the funding or connections to get these stories into production. An alternative is to write and draw your own graphic novel and I want to share with others what I’ve learned in the creation of my own books.
It will be on Friday at 3:30. I’d love to have you there.
The next day I’ll be doing a live drawing demo as well, so pop in for that too if you can.
And that image up top is the photoshop file of the cover for my latest sketchbook:
I’m working with a printer right now to have copies hot off the press and for sale at CTN. At 90 pages it’s chock full of everything I’ve been sketching a drawing lately. I’ll be selling them for $15 but if you can’t make it to the show, no prob, I’m taking pre-orders right now here.
Ok, so here’s your CTN checklist:
